We have an office in Fort Collins providing services to the entire Front Range region from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins including Denver, Broomfield, Louisville, Boulder, Longmont, Greeley, Loveland and the Eastern Plains.
About Rob Phillips
Rob Phillips is a Fort Collins native and a Colorado licensed attorney with nearly two decades of experience in transactional, corporate and regulatory law working with a diverse range of clients, along with the Front Range, nationally and across the globe.
Rob has extensive experience in the law firm environment, as in-house corporate counsel, as General Counsel and Director for a non-profit organization and as a solo practitioner. He has significant real-world experience stepping in where needed to provide solid, logical, growth-oriented legal solutions to clients from individual proprietorships to Fortune 100 companies.
Having effectively counseled clients on ensuring compliance with a wide range of federal and state regulations, Rob has effectively negotiated commercial agreements in the fields of healthcare and life sciences, information technology and energy as well as licensing and protecting intellectual property. His diverse background includes corporate governance, business formation, planning and development, dispute resolution and much more.
